Optimal storage instructions

Nucleofill Medium should be stored in a dry, cool environment at a temperature between 2° and 30°C. Keep the product safe from freezing temperatures and direct sunlight, and use it before the expiration date printed on the packaging.

Mode of administration

Nucleofill Medium must be administered by a trained medical professional. 

Preparation:

• Open the sterile packaging under aseptic conditions.
• Attach the included sterile needle to the syringe.
• Before the injection, expel possible air bubbles.

Injection: 

• Use linear threading or multi-puncture technique.
• Inject the product into the dermis or subcutaneous layer, depending on the treatment goals.

Dosage: 

• Se 1.5 ml of the product per session.
• Apply 0.1 ml per injection point at a spacing of 1 cm. 
• For best results, complete a series of  2-4 treatments, spaced 2-3 weeks apart.

Post-treatment care

Adhering to these post-treatment guidelines reduces recovery time and maximises the results:

• Use a gentle moisturiser and SPF 50 sunscreen every day.
• Do not use make-up and skincare products in the next 12 hours after the procedure.
• Protected the treated areas from extreme temperatures and UV exposure for the next 48 hours.
• Avoid strenuous physical activities in the next few days. 

Potential side effects

Nucleofill Medium is generally well-tolerated by patients, so the potential side effects are usually mild and temporary. 

Common side effects:

• Swelling, redness, itching, or bruising at the injection site.
• Temporary tenderness.

Rare complications:

• Granuloma formation
