Nucleofill Soft Plus contains polynucleotides – compounds of low molecular weight that stimulate skin regeneration. Its non-crosslinked formula provides seamless integration into the skin, while optimal viscoelasticity enables fluidity required for precise administration.

Each dermal fillers box of Nucleofill Soft Plus contains: 

• One pre-filled 2 ml syringe
• Two 30G disposable sterile needles

Optimal storage instructions

For maximised results and safety precautions, the product should be stored at a temperature between 2°C and 25°C. Keep Nucleofill Soft Plus in a cool and dry environment, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. 

Mode of administration

Nucleofill Soft Plus is supposed to be used by trained healthcare professionals. 

Preparation:

• Cleanse and thoroughly disinfect the treatment area.
• To ensure patient comfort, you may apply a topical anaesthetic.
• Open the sterile packaging in an aseptic environment
• Before injection, check the solution for clarity

Injection:

• Use the linear retrograde technique to inject the product into the hypodermis with a cannula to ensure even distribution.
• The micro-Pomfus technique is suitable for more superficial treatments with the goal of optimal skin rejuvenation.

Dosage:

• Use 0.05-0.1ml per injection point, depending on the treatment area.
• The treatment protocol suggests 2 sessions, spaced 14 days apart, followed by 2 more sessions, spaced 21 days apart.
• It is suggested to do one maintenance session every 3 months. 

Post-treatment care

For optimal results, patients should adhere to these post-treatment guidelines:

• Do not apply make-up on the treated area in the next 24 hours.
• Keep the treated area clean and hydrated by using recommended skincare products.
• Avoid UV exposure and direct sunlight in the next 48 hours.
• Do not engage in strenuous physical activity in the next 48 hours.

Potential side effects

Nucleofill Soft Plus is generally well-tolerated, it is possible for patients to experience side effects that are usually mild and temporary.

Common side effects:

• Mild redness or swelling at the injection site. 
• Slight discomfort or itching in the treated area. 
• Tenderness or bruising.

Rare side effects:

• Infection
• Allergic reactions
• Vascular occlusion

Contraindications for the treatment

Nucleofill Soft Plus is not suitable for the following groups of patients: 

• Patients who are allergic to the components of the product.
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Patients with severe allergies or active skin infections.
• Individuals with autoimmune disorders or a history of keloid scarring.
• Patients with uncontrolled diabetes or bleeding disorders.
