Optimal storage instructions

Keep Nucleofill Medium Plus stored at a temperature between 2° and 25°C, in a cool and dry environment. Protect it from freezing temperatures and direct sunlight. Use the product before the expiration date marked on the packaging. 

Mode of administration

Nucleofill Medium Plus is designed for precise administration by trained medical professionals. 

Preparation: 

• Do a thorough evaluation of the current condition of the patient’s hair and scalp.
• Disinfect the treatment area.
• Carefully plan the treatment sequence in case of combining with other therapies such as PRP, carboxytherapy, or mesotherapy products.

Injection:

• Use the mesotherapy technique to target the scalp.
• Release approximately 0.5 ml of the product per injection into the superficial layers of the scalp.

Treatment protocol:

• Repeat the treatment one week after the first session. 
• Do the third session two weeks after the second one. 
• The fourth session should take place two weeks after the third one.

Post-treatment care

To prevent complications and achieve optimal results, the patients should adhere to these post-treatment guidelines:

• Avoid washing the scalp in the next 24-48 hours.
• Use gentle products for hair care.
• Protect the scalp from sun exposure.
• Avoid additional scalp treatments in the next 14 days.
• Avoid strenuous physical activities for the next 48 hours.

Potential side effects

Nucleofill Medium  Plus is normally well-tolerated by patients, but you should be aware of potential reactions. 

Common side effects:

• Swelling and redness at the injection site (should subside within 48 hours)
• Tenderness around the treated area.
• Mild bruising. 

Rare complications:

• Scalp nodules (they tend to resolve naturally).
• Infections (usually when patients do not adhere to post-treatment care protocol).
• Allergic reactions like swelling and itching.

Contraindications for the treatment

The following groups of patients should not use Nucleofill Medium Plus:

• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Individuals who are under 18.
• Patients who suffer from autoimmune diseases such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.
• Individuals with known hypersensitivity to product ingredients.
• Patients with severe systemic illnesses or blood clotting disorders.
• Patients with active scalp infections or inflammation (conditions such as fungal infections or dermatitis).
• Individuals who have undergone recent chemical peels or laser therapy treatments on the scalp.
• Patients with a history of keloid formation.
