Product Authenticity
100% genuine products – and here is exactly how we ensure it.
Buying injectables online means trusting a supplier you cannot see. We would rather you did not have to take our word for it. This page explains where our products come from, the controls that keep them authentic, and what should arrive at your Canadian practice – so the question “is this genuine?” is answered long before the box is opened in your treatment room.
Where our products come from
Every product we ship is genuine, sourced through verified, authorised channels. The items in our catalogue are made by the same manufacturers you already work with, in the same facilities, to the same specifications. The brands we carry are trademarked and owned by their original manufacturers; Kinami Health is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with these manufacturers.
How we keep the chain authentic
Authenticity is not a claim – it is a set of controls. Four of them sit between our sourcing and the box that reaches you.
- Verified distributors only. We source through authorised, verified channels. There is no unverified reseller anywhere in the chain.
- Controlled storage and handling. Stock is stored and handled under controlled conditions from sourcing, through our warehouse, to the courier who delivers it to your Canadian address.
- LOT-level traceability. Every unit is logged by its LOT and batch number, so the path a given product has taken can be reconstructed in full.
- A quality check on arrival. Nothing is listed for sale until it has passed a check when it reaches our facility.
What should arrive at your practice
Every parcel we send should meet all of the following. If any one of them is not true, contact us before you use the product.
- The original manufacturer’s box, sealed, with any tamper-evident seals intact.
- A LOT number printed by the manufacturer on the outer box.
- Protective packaging suited to the product, so it arrives in the same condition it left our facility.
How to verify a product yourself
Check the seal. The outer box should be factory-sealed, with any tamper evidence intact. A box that has been opened and re-taped is a reason to stop and call us – whatever else looks right. If you ever want to confirm a specific unit, our support team can trace its LOT number back through our supply records.
If you have any doubt
Do not use the product. Photograph the outer box, the LOT number, the tamper seals and the unit itself, and contact our support team at [email protected]. Reporting promptly after delivery means your case can be assessed under our Return & Refund Policy. We would far rather examine a parcel that turns out to be fine than have you use something you were unsure about.
Why this matters
An injectable goes straight into a patient, so the margin for a wrong unit is zero. A single counterfeit or mishandled product can harm the person on your table, damage the reputation you have spent years building, and expose your practice to regulatory trouble it never saw coming. For a wholesale supplier, checking where a product comes from is not a service added on top of the job – it is the job. Everything on this page exists so that authenticity is settled before the box is ever opened.
Regulatory context in Canada
Medical devices and injectable products sold in Canada fall under Health Canada’s regulatory framework. Kinami Health supplies genuine products for professional use in accordance with applicable regulations, and adverse reactions can be reported to Health Canada. Who may administer these products varies by province and professional college.
Frequently asked questions
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source through verified, authorised distributors, and every item arrives sealed in original manufacturer packaging with a traceable LOT number. If you ever want to confirm a specific unit, our support team can trace its LOT number back through our supply records.
How do you keep products safe in transit across Canada?
Stock is stored and handled under controlled conditions from sourcing to delivery, and ships in protective packaging so it arrives in good condition – even to remote or northern addresses.
Where do your product specifications come from?
Each product page lists what you need to make a decision – active substance, strength and packaging – taken from the manufacturer’s own documentation. How we source and check that information is set out in our Editorial Policy.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
We supply the manufacturer’s original packaging and LOT number, which is what allows a product to be traced. We can also provide sourcing documentation for a specific LOT on request.
What if I receive a product I am not comfortable using?
Do not use it. Contact our support team promptly after delivery so your case can be assessed under our Return & Refund Policy.
