Optimal storage instructions

Nucleofill Strong should be stored in a dry and cool environment at a temperature between  2° and 30°C. Do not expose the product to freezing or direct sunlight.

Mode of administration

Nucleofill Strong is intended for professional use only. 

Preparation:

• Cleanse the treatment area. 
• Open the packaging in aseptic conditions.
• Attach the provided 30G needle.
• Before the injection, check the product for clarity and absence of particulates.

Injection:

• Use linear threading or multi-point techniques for even application.
• Inject the product into the deep dermis, subcutaneous layers, or adipose tissue.

Dosage:

• Use 0.1 ml per injection point, spaced 1 cm apart.
• Typically, use 1.5ml per area in one session, adjusted in accordance with the treatment plan.
• The recommended protocol suggests 3 sessions spaced 15-30 days apart.

Post-treatment care

Adhering to these post-treatment recommendations minimises recovery time and maintains optimal results:

• Do not apply makeup in the next 12 hours.
• Avoid touching and massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours.
• Use a gentle skincare routine and apply SPF 50 sunscreen daily.
• Keep the treated areas protected from extreme temperatures, and UV exposure.
• Avoid strenuous physical activity in the next 48 hours.

Potential side effects

Nucleofill Strong is usually well-tolerated by patients, and the possible side effects are generally mild and temporary.

Common side effects:

• Minor bruising or itching.
• Swelling, redness, or tenderness at the injection site.

Rare complications:

• Discolouration or small nodules.

Contraindications for the treatment

Nucleofill Strong is not suitable for the following groups of patients:

• Individuals under the age of 18.
• Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Individuals who are allergic to polynucleotides or other components of the product.
• Patients with autoimmune diseases or severe chronic illnesses.

Practices to avoid:

• Doing the treatment before conducting a thorough patient history.
• Injecting the product into vascular-rich areas (it can cause intravascular complications).
• Using the product in combination with other aesthetic procedures during the same session.
• Injecting the product in the areas with active skin infections or inflammation.
