BELOTERO® INTENSE is a premium hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler specifically formulated for treating deeper wrinkles and volume loss. BELOTERO® INTENSE Dosage and Administration

BELOTERO® INTENSE should be administered exclusively by qualified healthcare practitioners trained in injection techniques. The recommended approach involves deep dermal or subcutaneous injection using the supplied 27G½” needles. Linear threading or serial puncture techniques are typically employed, with injection depths varying according to the treatment area and severity of volume deficit.

A layered approach often yields optimal results for marionette lines and nasolabial folds. When used for lip enhancement, care should be taken to inject in the appropriate plane to avoid complications. Post-injection, gentle massage may be performed to ensure even distribution of the product. Treatment intervals typically range from 9 to 12 months, depending on individual patient factors and treatment areas.

The primary active component in BELOTERO® INTENSE is cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (25.5mg/ml), derived through biofermentation to ensure high purity and biocompatibility. This hyaluronic acid concentration provides ideal viscoelastic properties for treating more significant skin depressions while maintaining a soft and natural feel. The proprietary cross-linking technology creates a balanced, cohesive gel that resists degradation while remaining malleable enough for optimal tissue integration.

Storage Instructions

Store BELOTERO® INTENSE between 2°C and 25°C (36°F-77°F), away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze or expose the product to extreme temperatures, as this may compromise its integrity. To maintain sterility, keep the syringe in its original packaging until immediately before use. The product should not be used after the expiration date printed on the package and syringe label.

BELOTERO® INTENSE Contraindications

BELOTERO® INTENSE should not be used in patients with:

• Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or any component of the formulation
• Active skin infections or inflammation near the treatment area
• Known tendency to develop hypertrophic scarring
• History of severe allergies manifested by anaphylaxis
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women

The product should not be injected into blood vessels, which may lead to vascular complications.

BELOTERO® INTENSE Precautions and Warnings

Healthcare practitioners should exercise caution when using BELOTERO® INTENSE in patients with a history of herpes simplex, autoimmune disorders, or ongoing immunosuppressive therapy. Careful assessment of skin quality and underlying structure is essential before treatment.
