HArmonyCa is applied deep into the dermis to add volume and instantly lift the skin. At the same time, the calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres start to stimulate fibroblasts, resulting in increased production of collagen type I and III and elastin. As the hyaluronic acid is biodegraded, a stable collagen framework is formed in its place – similar to the natural process of skin renewal. What can you expect from HArmonyCa? First and foremost, a treatment with this product provides an immediate increase in tissue volume, smoothing and firming of the skin, and reduction of wrinkles in the treated area. The full effects of the therapy are visible between 3 and 4 months after the treatment, when the stable collagen framework is formed. Calcium hydroxyapatite has stimulating properties that last up to 12 months after the product is administered, and the results of the treatment can be visible for up to 3 years. Another advantage of HarmonyCa is the recommended treatment series – only one treatment is needed to enjoy long-lasting effects for many months. The microspheres of calcium hydroxyapatite have a diameter of 25 to 45 microns (55.7%), cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel (20 mg/ml), phosphate buffer, and lidocaine hydrochloride (3 mg/ml).
