Shipping Procedures
Upon placement of an order with Kinami Health, provided that the order is placed prior to 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET), the requested product is available in stock, and the customer’s account has been duly verified, Kinami Health shall dispatch the order on the same or the next business day. Kinami Health is committed to delivering products expeditiously and in optimal condition, utilizing express shipping services for all deliveries.
Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Orders amounting to less than €500 are subject to a shipping fee of €50. Orders exceeding €500 are eligible for complimentary express shipping, notwithstanding certain exceptions that may arise based on the delivery location. Customers are encouraged to contact Kinami Health’s customer service for inquiries or clarifications regarding shipping costs to specific locations.
Return Policy
General Return Conditions
In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, Kinami Health offers a refund under specific conditions, particularly for refrigerated products, as outlined below:
- Misrepresentation of product packaging at the time of purchase.
- Receipt of the package in a condition exceeding 8° C.
- Damage to the product upon arrival.
- Ineffectiveness of the product upon initial use.
Procedure for Refrigerated Product Returns
Customers seeking to return a refrigerated product must maintain the product within appropriate refrigeration or, if necessary, freezing conditions pending a return authorization from Kinami Health. Authorized returns must be packaged in a manner akin to the original delivery, potentially including a styrofoam box with ice packs, enclosed within an outer cardboard box.
Refunds and Replacements
Should Kinami Health determine a refund is warranted, customers will have the option to receive a full refund or to have the product, or a portion thereof, reshipped. Notification of product defects or issues must be made within six months from the purchase date to qualify for a replacement or refund. Claims made subsequent to this timeframe will not be entertained.
Limitations
Given the nature of the products offered by Kinami Health, including medical products, the company reserves the right to limit returns and refunds. Notwithstanding, Kinami Health endeavors to ensure customer satisfaction within the bounds of these policies.
Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Once an order is processed, the product will be shipped out within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, except for public holidays). The delivery approximately takes 7 to 10 business days on average. In the rare instance that stock is not immediately available, you will receive notification when the order is expected to be shipped out. However, the transit time may vary according to region. It is recommended that you call our friendly customer service for a better idea of how long your order will take to reach you.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the order you received, please contact us. We will only issue refunds in the following circumstances: if we misrepresented the product packaging to you when you placed your order; if you received a damaged package; if the product is proven to be inactive when you initially use it.
In any of these cases, you should hold the products until you receive further instructions from us. If we determine you should receive a refund, you can either request that we send a replacement or you can receive a full refund or account credit for that item.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to receive a refund under our instructions. You can either request we send a replacement to the same shipping address as the original or receive a full refund or account credit for that item. This account credit is applicable toward any future purchase of the same or a different product.
Please note that any product defects/issues must be reported within 6 months from the date of purchase in order to receive a replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund any items with issues that are brought to our attention after this period ends.
